The healing power of nature, a fount of peace and tranquility
Lady Saaremoor lives and goes about her business slow-and-steady like on Saaremaa, the largest island in Estonia. Living, existing in the bosom of pristine and unspoiled nature, she has come to realize the value of this inexplicable essence – TRANQUILITY.
Saaremoor knows that bees complement our lives and our habitats. Man has learned to coexist with bees, and this has had a beneficial effect on both.
Honey, propolis, and other products are not the only ways to strengthen your health. More and more people are exploring the so-called alternative methods – a wonderful and effective solution to strengthen your immune system is bee therapy provided by Saaremoor and her bees.
A bee colony always makes a buzzing sound. This sound is produced by bees when they raise their wings and move them. They do it to ventilate any excess moisture from the nest. This type of wing movement is beneficial for us. It is how we experience a micromassage.
At the same time, we can breathe in air that is full of propolis, honey, pollen, and other vapors, which in turn strengthens us and has a therapeutic effect. In addition to general blood supply, bee therapy also improves the flow of lymphatic fluid in our body.
Bees have the ability to test and organize the biofield/aura (whatever you call it) surrounding us. It is crystal clear that the healthier our biofield, the stronger our immune system.

For more information about additional services and options, call Saaremoor directly!

The therapy session and nap above a beehive are scheduled for the duration of 45 minutes.
NB! If you are interested, Saaremoor can also provide accommodation.
Two people at the same time can enjoy a bee therapy session, so go ahead and bring along a friend. You are likewise welcome to invigorate your mind and body in happy solitude.
The bees stay under the beds during the entire therapy session and cannot get out of their containers to freely fly around the therapy room. You can meet the busy bees in Saaremoor’s garden, doing their important work. Bees sting people when they feel threatened or if they happen to be hurt by us in some way. However, if we remain calm and avoid sudden movements, we can generally not worry about being stung by a bee. Just in case, Saaremoor always has appropriate help in the form of medicine.
Having purchased or received a gift card for a bee therapy session, Saaremoor kindly asks that you agree on the date and time of your session with her in advance. This way, Saaremoor, who’s keeping busy with attending to her bee colonies, extractions, bee foraging, and other everyday tasks, many of which do not allow breaks and must be finished in one go, can better plan a time specifically for you. Let Saaremoor know what time you would like to visit and book a therapy session for by calling Saaremoor directly or by writing to an email: evelyna@saaremoor.ee
Once you have submitted your booking, Saaremoor will prepare a prepayment invoice for you,
and, after you have paid for the invoice, you’ll receive an e-mail from Saaremoor with an electronic gift card.
Saaremoor lives and goes about her business slow-and-steady like on an island that belongs to Estonia, a small country in Northern Europe. The largest island of Estonia, a state with 1.3 million inhabitants, is Saaremaa that is home to approximately 12 people per one square kilometer. Estonia, of course, also has other islands – no less than 2,300 in total in fact.
Saaremoor lives on an island with unique nature and a tranquil pace of life. The island’s landscape gets its character from low-growing junipers, many protected species of orchids and forest and marsh plants. Important from a beekeeper’s point of view are the island’s abundant Alder buckthorns, the nectar of which the bees love to collect.
